Technical Infrastructure

Our facility operates as a high-precision manufacturing hub optimized for low-to-mid volume luxury production. We bridge the gap between artisanal craft and industrial scalability, ensuring every unit meets rigorous export benchmarks.

  • Production Minimums (MOQ)

We specialize in limited-run manufacturing with a baseline of 50 units per SKU. This allows for maximum quality control and design exclusivity.

  • Throughput Capacity

Our facility maintains a monthly output of 5,000–8,000 specialized units, depending on the complexity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and embellishment density.

  • Prototype Sampling

Initial technical samples are typically dispatched within 10-15 business days. For time-sensitive collections, we offer an expedited 5 business day development track.

  • Lead Times

Standard Production Cycles range from 12–18 weeks from the point of fabric arrival and Pre-Production (PP) Sample approval.

Our Zero-Defect Protocol

Raw Material Inspection (4-Point System)

All incoming textiles undergo a 4-Point System inspection to identify and flag defects in weave, shade consistency, and weight before entering the cutting phase.

In-Line & End-of-Line Audits

Our QC team performs roving in-line audits during assembly and a 100% End-of-Line inspection to ensure architectural integrity and seam strength.

Specification Tolerance Audits

Every finished garment is checked against the Approved Tech Pack for Measurement Tolerance (dimensional accuracy). We ensure 100% fidelity to your grading rules.

Embellishment Stress Testing

All hand-work (including dimensional florals, beadwork, and appliqué) undergoes tension calibration and securement testing to ensure durability for international retail.

Global Export Standards

We use biodegradable packaging and our finishing processes are compliant with industry standards for the US, EU, and Middle Eastern luxury markets.
